The Law of Gratitude

Starting a gratitude journal is a great way to start raising your vibration and being grateful for what you already have. People who show gratitude for the things in their lives, even the small things, will attract more things into their lives. People who do not practice gratitude are coming from a space of lack and they are not abundant thinkers.

When we are grateful for things in our lives, the Universe will respond and bring more good things to us. Keeping a gratitude journal and writing things in it every day that you are grateful for helps keep you focused on the good things.
